Guided Mountain Biking

"Groups"

1. Various sizes of bicycles and helmets will be provided and adjusted to fit individual clients.

2. A bicycle water bottle will be made available to each rider to carry on their bicycle.

3. Guides will carry first aid kits and other supplies.

4. Guides will be trained in First Aid and CPR.

5. Guides will be authorized through the U.S. Forest Service to lead outings in the Coronado National Forest.

6. Southwest Trekking will provide transportation to the actual ride.

7. Individual fitting of bicycles and helmets will be given upon arrival at the destination. Guides will continue to provide instruction to clients throughout the ride on an as needed basis.

8. Guides will adapt the duration and degree of difficulty of the ride to the abilities and preferences of individual clients participating on a given day.
